Training of future museum staff and selection

During 28 Februray to 6 March 2013 a workshop in Senjski Rudnik was organised to train and select the future museum staff.

The following topics were adressed during the training:

• Communication and costumer orientation
• Administration, basics of bookkeeping
• Presentation techniques
•  Museum shop organization, selling
• Marketing and visibility
• Events

An intense session of evaluation and self evaluation towards the end of the training
resulted in the preliminary selection of six future staff of the planned Eco Museum. The staff, until now employed by the Rembas company, will remain employed by Rembas and will after further specific training start working for the Eco Museum.
